Melissa Schneck, LCSW

Melissa Schneck has worked in the field of mental health and human services since 1994. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Widener University in 1998. Her experience and interests include working with adults in individual therapy focusing on treatment of anxiety and depression, addiction and recovery issues, and family work. Ms. Schneck works with clients from a perspective of respect, compassion, information, support and empowerment, encouraging them to identify and overcome barriers that interfere with getting the life they want. She blends cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, recovery-based and gestalt theories and practice in her work with clients.
